DESCRIPTION :
This telemarketing software is intended to serve the purpose of maintenance and regulation of telemarketing calls leading to productivity analysis of marketing division of Microsys Pvt Ltd.
Development Process:
This software handles the day to day transactions of the orders place by the customers. It also keeps track of the status of the order placed. The menu has been designed based on the 'Tree View' Feature. The Features of Drag and Drop have been used for updating,adding and deleting of records. Active X controls were intensively deployed for porting the data in a grid into Excel worksheet. An Active X Dll was also created to establish connection to back-end. This decision support system greatly helps the management.

DESCRIPTION:
This Sales Exchange System developed in V.B plays a vital role of validating and transferring the raw data which comes from SalMon Package, developed in V.B into the InfoServer System which was developed in Power Builder with Oracle 7.3 as back-end.
Development Process :
The incoming data from channel partners get exported into InfoServer System afterpassing through a gateway validation test by the Visual Basic interface. The amendment of the sales orders are done locally and the system ensures that only the valid data gets ported. Active X control created for the navigation purpose has made the code easier and portable.Active X Dll was created which converts numbers to words.

DESCRIPTION :
The objective of the system is to provide total automation of the financial billing System. The key feature is Back-end independence.
Development Process :
When Company decided to handle all the billing at one place, I was assigned the task of developing the necessary package. On logging in, this package imports all the necessary data which comes as DBF from various divisions into the system, allows the user to perform necessary validations and to generate various reports. ActiveX controls have been created to import DBFs into MS Access database and also export back the updated information into the DBF. The Concept of Remote Data Object was extensively utilized in making our package back-end independent.
5. PROJECT : INFOPOWER

DESCRIPTION:
The evolution of this project is the result of the need to have effective control over the cost incurred on the Annual Maintenance System for MicroLand Computers(a divison of MicroSys Pvt Ltd.)
Development Process :
Various Master tables were designed using ERWIN tools and relationship was maintained in the design part of project. And Thro schema builder it was converted to Oracle database tables.
1. Master Module :This module contains master-detail relationship of Customer, Equipment ,Employee, Action Codes, Call Codes and Amc Scope.This module provides various validation such as insertion,selection,browsing,modifying,deletion and auto generation of codes and checking call received and performing call codes and action code appropriate to that.
1.. Transactions :This module contains AMC Qoute ,Call Report ,Part Transfer Challan and Invoice. Here every transaction is maintained and Contract Renewal and Bill Details and most importantly Call Details is maintained by the Receiptionist and Validation of AMC is checked and also cost incured in effective transporing of service engineer is also maintained for further commitments.
