WORK EXPERIENCE:
At present working with Nelito Systems Ltd. [A TATA group company
www.nelito.com] as software executive.
Duration: June '97 - till date
Nature of Job:
To develope software for our customers basically
banking sectors and financial companies.
To implement turnkey solution in many nationalized
banks and financial sectors, and software development for
other parties.
Achievements: I developed a module of Remittence for a bank
Punjab National Bank.
I implemented the complete computer system along
with networking in around 10 Banks and developed some
software for them on demand.
PART TIME JOBS:
# Working as a faculty in TULEC, Jodhpur. I take
professional
classes for Oracle8 & D2K, C language, Foxpro etc.
# Doing some jobs of software development at home.
PROJECTS:
# Multi-currency financial accounting package for a Singapore
company Snud Impex Pte Ltd.
This s/w is developed using VISUAL FOXPRO 6.0.
Use of Active-X and other Visual studio features is
used
in this s/w.
This is developed within one month [2 hrs x 25 days]
by me all alone.
# Data capturing s/w in Visual Basic 5.0.
This is s/w to capture the output data from the
serial
port of an EPBAX to computer.
This is developed in Visual Basic 5.0 with the help
of
Active-X controls
Developed within a week [2 hrs. x 5 days] all alone.
# Purchase order processing s/w for an export house.
This is a s/w developed in VISUAL FOXPRO 5.0 for
Bharat
Arts and Crafts, Jodhpur.
Using this Order receiving, Invoice creation and
Packing List creation, order monitoring etc. can be
done.
This was developed within [20 days x 2 hrs.] by me.
# Data extracting softwares for some of the existing systems
at
our customer's sites.
# Developed a s/w LanTurn as a final year project.
This is a CBT software on LAN developed in Microsoft
QuickBasic.
This s/w is enriched with illustrated graphics and
animations.
This has an in-built dictionary and help feature.
This s/w was demonstrated at IIT Delhi and
appreciated.
This was developed by a Team of 9 people in three
months
[2 hrs. daily].
My role was of Team Leader in this project.
Instead of all these projects I developed many other small utility
softwares
for different purpose [i.e. Accounting, Inventory management etc.].
