Description :
This application is to keep track of the transaction of
Documents/Letters between Saudi Aramco Oil Company and Saudi Arabian
government. This is a web-based application which will enable all the
satellite offices of Saudi Aramco by using this through INTRANET/WAN. This
project was developed in Java as the front end with JDBC Swing and Oracle as
the back end. This application includes several modules viz. Incoming,
Outgoing. Translation module takes care of the received by Aramco from the
government and keep track of it if it needs any reply for that letter and
accordingly following up has done through the system. The Outgoing module is
taking care of the letter sent by Saudi Aramco to the government and keep
track of it whether a reply has to be received from the government. The
business logic is kept at the server. Jaguar is used in the serverside.

The project involves the development of SNMP based Element manager
for monitoring and controling a firewall. This system will provide any
required information for the telnet gateway, FTP gateway, SMTP gateway and
HTP gateways. It also provides the statistical data in the form of graph and
table. Network administrators can use this information for optimizing the
network resources. It provides a JAVA based GUI based administration of
firewall and the gateways reside on firewall.

The project involving Migration from Visual Foxpro which is a
character mode to Oracle 7.3,Powerbuilder 6.0. which is a GUI mode. This is
a web based application .The existing system is a semi-automated tool to
monitor Oil Gas vendors, which involves customization of imports and
exports. All common and referenced or shared procedures are converted into
libraries and then used as reference. The project module includes
Transaction entry, Transaction request, Transaction scheduling, Transaction
completion, cost, and document details generating reports etc.

Description :
Integrated Depot Management System includes three basic module 1.
Sales Order System 2. Inventory System 3. Financial Accounting System. These
three modules is further divided into three types of procedues. 1. Master
Data Entry 2. Transactions entry. 3. Reports.
The Financial Accounting Modules caters to the requirments of the
account department in the depot. It allows to enter cash, bank vouchers,
payment receipts, credit/debit notes and generate corresponding reports. The
inventory module allows maintaining stock of the products (batch wise) and
various transaction such as stock receipt note, stock adjustment notes and
return goods advice.
The sakes order module allws the maintenance of sales related master
and provides the facilities of sales order entry, automatic invoice
generation, stock transfer note entry etc, this module will updates stock
and customer accounting.
