System

Description : Winsell Electronics is into
sales of mineral water bottles and dispensers.
Obtaining orders for and dispatching of bottles to the
customers is of prime importance to them. The manual
system had flaws of inefficiency, which the
computerised system plans to remove. This system,
records all the orders obtained through different
modes and allows data entry using forms wherever
necessary. The System prepares a Dispatch Report
everyday for delivery of bottles to the clients and
then also maintains the updations to the database
after return of bottles.

information of students

Description : ICT is a computer institute with
over 200 students learning computer courses ranging
from basics to advance. The system involves preparing
and storing student list with the respective
information about the personal details, installment
pattern of fees, fees paid, course and batch currently
attending, timing, etc. Forms 5 are developed for
entering student details. Reports 3 used for reports
related to calculation of fees due on a particular
date, list of students per batch, etc. are prepared.

Client : TAURUS ENGINEERS

Description : TAURUS ENGINEERS is an authorised
agency of Carrier Air-Conditioners. The project
involves a system for internal control of transaction
with vendors, clients and maintaining details of
vouchers, jobs, etc. Forms 5 are developed for data
entry of the above details. Reports 3 are prepared for
getting expenses under different heads of expenses,
jobs, etc.
