This project enables a the person to search the suppliers of the different categories of products on the basis of state , city and type of supplier like importers, exporters, manufacturers and traders.The products are categories into drugs and chemicals , Machinery, Packaging Materials and Ancillaries. Ancillaries are again sub - Divided sub categories like traveling agents, transporters, gift, Consultants, Hotels etc. In this portal the person can post his/her requirements for the buying or selling his/her products. The person can search for the Supplier in the buy & sell module for his/her matching requirements, which he wants to buy or sell. The person can search for the pharmaceutical companies on the basis of states and city.

Description: This project maintains the total details of employees, products, vendors, Agents, clients. Its purpose is to track inquiries made by the customers for the company’s computer hardware components. Customer could be a new or the existing one. After the Inquiry has been taken by the customer, call co-ordinator schedules the task to particular marketing person for follow up. This project also prints the quotations for the inquired product/s. That was the pre-sales module.In the sale module, if the order is confirmed the order form is filled up.Simultaneously the products will be registered in the product registration form. In this form the complete details of the products will maintain., like product installation date at Clients place, warranty completion date etc. This helps in the post sale module. In the post sale module the data about the customer support is maintained. In this module if the customer calls for support in case the product is not working properly, the co-ordinator checks for the warranty period for that product. If the product under warranty period then the complaint will be taken by the co-ordinator. If the product is not under warranty period an option for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) pops up.If the client wants to go for it an AMC contract is printed out.
