apart from standard teaching I was involved in higher end courses of Oracle and Developer 2000.
Feb. 1998 - Sept. 1998. System Administrator at C.I.I.M.S. (Central India Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur.) This is a premier hospital in central India.
I started my job during newly installed LAN system in the hospital. This LAN system consists of Digital Server (Prioris XL 6200) and 25 nodes in various departments.
As a Netware Administrator my job involves:
1.. System Security, Application Backup, effective use of resources.
2.. System administration, includes day to day activities of users ( Consultant doctors, paramedical staff, Accounts Dept., Store Dept., Personal Dept. and Pathology Dept.), coordination between users and software developers, assistance in handling software features and getting software execution brought from outside like NNIDTP (Novo Nordisk Interface Diabetic Training Program), SERMION (Software for dementia people). Keeping records and maintaining documentation regarding software as well as hardware.
3.. Software Development for a) Reception counter included listing of addresses, online information of patients admitted. b) Obesity and Diabetic clinic.

Akola being my hometown, I shifted to Akola. I worked there as a Sr. Faculty for Oracle and Developer 2000.

I was asked by the employer to take up more challanging opportunity at Nagpur hence I moved to Nagpur branch. I worked as a Sr. Faculty and actively engaged in handling Novell Netware and Oracle and Developer 2000 batches.
During this period at Nagpur, I also gave 45 days corporate training (MS Office) to 150 Officer and Manager grade employees of Indorama Synthetics Ltd., Butibori, Nagpur and
21 days corporate training (C and Oracle) to 15 officer grade employees of Indian Bureau of Mines, Nagpur.
