Fried Chicken Curry
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 Lb. frying chicken, cut up
- 2 Tbsps. oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Fresh corriander leaves
- 1 1/2tsp cumin and corriander powder
- 3 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 garlic clove, minced
- 8oz tomato sauce
Method
- In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, stir to mix. Add
chicken pieces, 1 or 2 at a time, to mixture in bowl.
- Heat oil in wok. Brown chicken in hot oil, turning to brown all sides;
Put chicken in another pan.
- In that oil, first fry the garlic then add onion. Stir for 2 min.
Now add remaining ingredients. Also add the chicken.
- Cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Serve with rice. |
