Bottlegourd Peel Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 cup peel of bottle gourd
- 5 or 6 green chillies
- 3 tsp moongdal
- Half tsp jeera
- Tamarind - 1/2 inch
- Salt to taste.
Method
- Take peel of bottle gourd and wash it. Dry them on tissue
- Fry it with green chillies, moongdal, jeera for 3 to 4 mts in two
spoons oil.
- Grind it with mixing soaked tamarind.
- After this take two tsp oil in kadai add minced garlic and coriander
to it.
- Mix paste to it.
Serve with rice |
