Bottlegourd Peel Chutney 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup peel of bottle gourd
  • 5 or 6 green chillies
  • 3 tsp moongdal
  • Half tsp jeera
  • Tamarind - 1/2 inch
  • Salt to taste.
Method  
  • Take peel of bottle gourd and wash it. Dry them on tissue
  • Fry it with green chillies, moongdal, jeera for 3 to 4 mts in two spoons oil. 
  • Grind it with mixing soaked tamarind. 
  • After this take two tsp oil in kadai add minced garlic and coriander to it. 
  • Mix paste to it.
Serve with rice
