Lamb Biryani
Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb
- 2 cups Basmathi Rice
- 2 spoons of chilli powder
- 11/2 spoon salt
- 1 spoon daniya powder, turmeric powder
- 1 spoon fresh ginger, garlic paste
- 1 spoon garam masala powder
- 4-5 bay leaves
- 5-6 cloves, 1 spoon jeera
- 1 big onion
- 2 spoonful curd
- 2 big spoonful oil
Method
- Cut lamb into 10-12 pieces add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli
powder, daniya powder, salt, garam masala mix it together, and keep
it for 1 hour.
- Cut onions vertically
- Take a pressure pan add oil, put cloves, bay leaves, jeera, onions,
cashews.
- Fry them until red, and add Marinated lamb to it and fry it for 10-
15 minutes
- Add rice fry for sometime and add 3 cups of water for two whistles
in Medium heat.
