Spinach Friedrice
Ingredients
- 2 cups Basmati Rice
- 2 tsp Butter
- 5 cloves
- 4 cardmom
- 1" cinnamon
- 15 cashew
- 1 medium onion
- 4 green chilli
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 100 gms frozen spinach or fresh spinach
- 3 cups water
- Salt
Method
- In a pressure cooker heat butter put in the cloves, cardmom, cinnamon.
- Once they start spluttering add onions, chilli and ginger garlic
paste.
- Fry till onion is light brown.
- Add spinach, rice fry it for 2 minutes than add salt and water.
- Take off the heat after 3 whistles.
Serve hot with Raita or any Gravy curry. |
