Fish Koliwada
Ingredients
- 500 gms salmon / pomfret / surmai / rawas)
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Tandoori color
- 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 100 gms Besan
- 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- 1 tsp Amchoor powder
- 1 tsp Ajwain
- Very little water
Method
- Clean and wash fish add haldi and salt keep it for 1/2 hour.
- Mix all the above ingredients except fish make a thick consistency.
- Wash fish under water and add it to the batter leave it to marinate
for 1/2 an hour.
- Deep fry in hot oil to reddish brown color,
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice.
