Sabudana Vada  

Ingredients 

  • 1 Cup Sabudana
  • 1/2 Potato
  • 2-3 finely chopped Small Green Chilies 
  • 1/3 Cup Roasted Peanut  Powder.
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
  • Oil to fry Vadas 
  • Salt 
Method 
  • Soak the Sabudana in 1 cup of water for 4-5 hours. 
  • Boil the Potato and smash it to make a paste. 
  • Add this potato paste, green chilies, salt and cumin seeds into the soaked Sabudana and mix it well. 
  • Make small vadas from this and fry them into the oil, until they become brownish and fluffy.
