Ingredients 

  • 6 Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
Method 
  • Wash the potatoes and slice the potatoes in your slicer.
  • In a bowl add about six tea spoons of salt to the water
  • Heat till the water comes to boiling point 
  • Wash the potato slices in water and sink in water.
  • Deep Fry till golden brown
