Ingredients
- Murmura - 1.5 lbs
- Small Onion - 1
- Carrot - 20
- Tomato - 2
- Green chillies
- Coriander leaves- 1/2 bunch
- Curry leaves - 5 to 6
- Peanuts, Cashews - 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp.
Method
- Cut onion finely into small pieces.
- Grate carrots.
- Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
- Finely grind Green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves in
a blender.
- Roast Peanuts and Cashews in a drop of oil till golden brown.
- Take and large bowl, put all the ingredients, add murmura and salt.
Mix them well.
