Semolina Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 Cups semolina
- 1 cup fresh curd
- 1 cup cooked corn or 1 teacup chopped cabbage
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon soda-bi-carb
- 2 teaspoon ghee/oil
- 2 pinch asafetida
- Salt
- Grated carrot
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
Method
- Mix the semolina and curd with 1 teacup of water and leave aside
for 5 to 6 hrs
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix very well.
- Prepare small pancakes on a non-stick fry pan using little ghee.
- Sprinkle grated carrot and coriander while cooking
- Seive.
Serve very hot |
