Ingredients 

  •  2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • One bunch of beans 
  • 1/2 cup shelled peas 
    For Grinding
  • 2 tspns Jeera
  • 1/2 cup wet coconut
  • 4 green chillies or as per taste
  • Pudhina 
  • 1 tspn Khus Khus 
  • One inch stick of Cinnamon
Method 
  • Cook the vegetables with salt and little turmeric powder in the pressure cooker for one whistle. Do not add too much water to cook the vegetables.  
  • Take little oil in a Kadai. 
  • Season it with little mustard seeds. 
  • Add the cooked vegetables and the ground paste. 
  • Allow the whole mixture to boil at low heat till you get the required consistency of a liquid curry. 
Serve it hot
