Ingredients 

  • Potatoes 4 medium sized
  • Red chilli powder 2 tea spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard and cumin seeds 
Method 
  • Peel potatoes and cut them into medium sized cubes. 
  • Take some oil in a pan and heat it. 
  • When it is quite hot, put mustard and cumin seeds and also the potato cubes. 
  • Keep on stirring without reducing the heat. 
  • When potatoes are half fried put salt and chilli powder and reduce the heat and cook for some 3 minutes.
