Kadagu Puli 

Ingredients 

  • Raw Cucumber - 1
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Grated Fresh Coconut - 1 Cup
  • Green or Red Chillies - 4
  • Coriander Leaves - Fistful
  • Turmeric - A pinch
  • Jaggery - To Taste
  • Tamarind Pulp - 4 tsps
Method 
  • Cut open the Cucumber and remove the seeds.Cut the Cucumber into very small pieces. 
  • Grind the mustard seeds, grated coconut, chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric, jaggery and tamarind pulp into a paste. 
  • Mix the cut Cucumber into the ground paste. 
  • Add salt to taste. 
  • Garnish with a tsp of mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies.
