Ingredients 

  • Split urad dal- 2 cups
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 cup
Method  
  • Roast urad dal till light brown in a pan and keep it aside. 
  • Powder the sugar and urad dal separately. 
  • Mix these two and make lemon shaped laddus using sufficient amount of ghee.
