Ingredients
- Milk - 1 Litre
- Sliced Almond - 15
- Sliced Pista - 15
- Sliced Dry Dates - 10
- Charoli - 10 Gms
- White Khuskhus - 2 spoons
- Roasted vermicille - 10 Gms
- Cinnamon - 2 to 3 pcs
- Cardamon - 5
- Sugar
- Ghee - 2 spoon
Method
- Fry the ghee, cinnamon & cardamon.
- When it is hot add milk and boil.
- Add ingredients one by one except Vermicelli.
- Boil till the milk is thick.
- Now add sugar and white Khuskhus and boil for 7 minutes.
- Now add vemicilli and boil for 2 minutes.
