We are a MNC Chemical company located at Mumbai.
We are looking for an CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT to work as Manager Accounts
* Responsible for the full accounting operations in the Mumbai office
* Maintaining a full set of accounting books for the Mumbai office and specific global financial transactions
* Provide weekly and monthly management reports
* Participate in the firm’s overall global finance and audit strategy planning
* Work related to ROC
* Preparing month-end and year-end working papers for global and local audit
* All aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Project / job cost accounting
* Invoicing and Work in Progress (WIP) reporting
* Preparing and evaluating various KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
* Full cycle payroll
* Preparation of the annual budget
* Transfer pricing analysis and policy update
* All tax and statutory remittances
* Participate in the creation and updating financial accounting policy and procedures.
* Establish and implement, with the aid of the Corporate Controller, internal controls and policies that will limit corporate liability and insure financial compliance / IFRS.
* Office insurance and corporate regulatory filing
* Other duties as required
