Curd Ginger Chicken 

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb boneless chicken
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 small root of ginger
  • 1 tbsp of tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper 
Method 
  • Peel the ginger root and cut it in small pieces. 
  • Fry ginger in vegetable oil. 
  • Mix rest of ingredients once ginger is golden brown. 
  • Cover the pan and let chicken cook until it is tender. Keep stirring in between.  
Serve hot with fresh cut parsley on it.
