Egg Potato Fry 

Ingredients 

  • 5 eggs
  • 1lb. potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee or oil for deep frying
Method 
  • Boil four egg's and potatoes separately. 
  • Beat the remaining one egg. 
  • Peel and mash potatoes. Add all the seasoning to the potato and mix well. 
  • Take one whole egg and cover it entirely with the potato mixture. Dip in the beaten egg. 
  • Deep fry in hot ghee till golden brown. 
  • Cut it vertically and garnish. 
Serve with tamarind chutney.
