Spicy Chutney Podi 

Ingredients 

  • Channa Dal - 1 Glass
  • Grated Dry Coconut - 1 Glass
  • Red Chillies - 1/4 Glass
  • Tamarind - Size of a lime
  • Salt 
  • Sugar - A spoon
  • Mustard - 1 Table Spoon
  • Coriander Seeds - 1 Table Spoon
  • White Til - 1 Table Spoon
Method  
  • Dry fry all the above ingredient each one separately. 
  • First powder the Mustard, White Til and Coriander Seeds and to this add the sugar, salt, tamarind dry coconut and Channa Dal which was fried to a golden colour.
