Lamb Biryani 

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb lamb
  • 2 cups Basmathi Rice
  • 2 spoons of chilli powder
  • 11/2 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon daniya powder, turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon fresh ginger, garlic paste
  • 1 spoon garam masala powder
  • 4-5 bay leaves
  • 5-6 cloves, 1 spoon jeera
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 spoonful curd
  • 2 big spoonful oil
Method 
  • Cut lamb into 10-12 pieces add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, daniya powder, salt, garam masala mix it together, and keep it for 1 hour. 
  • Cut onions vertically 
  • Take a pressure pan add oil, put cloves, bay leaves, jeera, onions, cashews.
  • Fry them until red, and add Marinated lamb to it and fry it for 10- 15 minutes 
  • Add rice fry for sometime and add 3 cups of water for two whistles in Medium heat.
