Fish in Green Masala  

Ingredients 

  • Fish (of your choice)
  • Cilantro Small bunch
  • Ginger 1/2 piece
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Green chillies 4 
  • Onion 1/2 
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lime 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt.
Method 
  • Grind the masalas coasely
  • Marinate the Fish with the above masalas.
  • Marinate for 2 to 3 hrs and then dip in bread crumbs and fry
Serve with onions and lime.
