Ingredients 

  • Green gram-1cup
  • Rice-1tbsp
  • Ginger-1 inch piece
  • Green chillies-6
  • Onion-1 big
  • Jeera-1tsp
  • Salt 
Method 
  • Soak green gram ,rice and jeera overnight in water. 
  • Drain the water and grind them with all the above ingrediends into a fine paste. 
  • Heat the tawa and spread 1-2 tbsps of the above dough as dosa. 
  • Pour one tsp of oil on it. 
  • Then spread some finely chopped onions on it.
  • Fry on both sides or only one side.
Serve hot with Rava Upma
