Walnut Pudding

Ingredients

  • 150gms. walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 gms. bread
  • 3/4 glass sugar
  • 1 1/2 glass milk
  • 100 gms. butter
  • Breadcrumbs

Method

  • Soak bread in milk.Grind walnuts into paste. 
  • Beat eggyolks with sugar and add walnut paste and bread soaked in milk together with melted butter. 
  • Mix all the ingredients well. 
  • Whisk eggwhites,fold them into the mixture. 
  • Butter a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then pour mixture into it and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes. 
Serve hot.
