Rava-Ricotta Ladoo 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Sooji
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • Cardomom powder
  • Raisins
  • Pistachios
Method 
  • In a saucepan, add a little butter and stir ricotta cheese for 5-7 minutes, till it becomes dry.
  • Remove from heat and mix well with Sooji. 
  • Cook this mixture in a covered vessel in pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes / 3 whistles. 
  • Remove when the pressure is released, add powdered sugar, cardomom and roll ladoo. 
  • Decorate while rolling with raisins and pistachios.
