Jam Biscuits 

Ingredients 

  • 50 gms Butter
  • 50 gms Sugar
  • 100 gms Maida
Method  
  • Cream Butter and sugar together in one direction only
  • Add in the maida.
  • Mix in 1/2 tsp strawberry essence. 
  • Bind it well into a dough. 
  • Make a chapati like and cut into any shape with the help of a biscuit cutter. 
  • Mash mixed fruit jam throughly in a bowl . 
  • Put mashed jam in the middle of the biscuit & then to the whole biscuit ie spread it. 
  • Cut biscuits & then cut in the centre (a small circle) and place this on the top of the jam applied biscuit. 
  • Fill in some jam in the centre. 
  • Bake these for 20mins at 160oC sprinkle sugar on the jam in the centre after they are baked.
