Chocolate Peppermint Fizz  

Ingredients 

  • 75 gms Plain chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 750 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Essence
  • 8 tbsp Ice-Cream
Method 
  • Grate the chocolate into a pan. 
  • Add sugar and 150 ml of milk. 
  • Heat gently, stir all the time until the sugar and chocolate melts. 
  • Remove from heat. 
  • Then add the rest of milk and also add the peppermint essence. 
  • Stir and pour into a jug. 
  • Chill 
Serve with  ice-cream.
