Cheese Halwa 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg carrots-grated
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 kg sugar
  • 2 cardamoms-crushed
  • 200 gm mawa
  • 75 gm Cheese-grated
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Silver foil
  • Few pistachios chopped

Method

  • Boil milk.
  • Add thegrated carrots, sugar, Khoya and crushed cardamoms and cook on slow fire.
  • Cook till the mixture leaves the sides.
  • Add cheese and ghee. 
  • Cook for 3 minutes. 
  • Garnish with silver foil and few chopped pistachios. 
Serve hot.
