Spicy Potatoes 
  
Ingredients 
  • 10 Beans cut into long pieces
  • 2 Carrots cut into long pieces
  • 4 Onions cut into long pieces
  • 5 Potatoes cut into long pieces
  • Tomato sauce , Soya bean sauce 
  • Salt , Pepper 
  • One pinch ajinomoto
  • Mustard seeds
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method 
  • Fry potatoes and keep aside. 
  • After this heat 7-8 tablespoons of oil and put the mustard seeds in it. 
  • After they have started bursting, add the onions, carrots and beans. 
  • Add salt and pepper and let the vegetables soften. 
  • Then add the potatoes and the sauces. 
  • Put it into the serving bowl and garnish.
Serve hot.
