Fried Arvi 

Ingredients 

  • 8 to 10 arvi
  • 4tbsp ghee or oil
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
Method 
  • Boil arvi with skin on. 
  • Peel and slice arvi. 
  • Heat ghee in a pan , add ajwain seeds. Add arvi and fry, add salt and black pepper 
Serve hot with spinach dal and hot roti.
