Mughlai Cauliflower 

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb cauliflower.
  • 1/2 lb potatoes.
  • 1/2 lb green peas.
  • 1/2 chopped onions and 2 sliced onions.
  • Ghee.
  • Ginger and green chillies paste

Method 

  • Cut vegetables given above. 
  • Put ghee in pan and fry onions to brown and make paste of it. 
  • Heat ghee again and fry chopped onions now and then add chilly paste. 
  • Add vegetables and 1 cup water and cover and cook it . 
  • Add onions paste and salt and stir nicely.
