Mughlai Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 lb cauliflower.
- 1/2 lb potatoes.
- 1/2 lb green peas.
- 1/2 chopped onions and 2 sliced onions.
- Ghee.
- Ginger and green chillies paste
Method
- Cut vegetables given above.
- Put ghee in pan and fry onions to brown and make paste of it.
- Heat ghee again and fry chopped onions now and then add chilly paste.
- Add vegetables and 1 cup water and cover and cook it .
- Add onions paste and salt and stir nicely.
