Brussel Sprouts Fry 

Ingredients 

  • 7-9 burssel sprouts
  • Urad dal
  • Channa dal
  • Mustard seeds
  • 4-5 green chillies
  • Powdered coconut
Method 
  • Cut brussel sprouts into small nice piece and keep aside. 
  • Take 2-3 tsp oil and warm the oil. 
  • Then add mustard seeds, channa dall and urad dall and let them fry till they are brown. 
  • Then add cut green chillies. 
  • Then add the finest cut brussel sprouts and fry for about 15 minutes ( until it is done. Does not take long to cook ). 
  • Once done, add salt and powdered coconut.
